We are in Irgoli, a small village in the Gulf of Orosei. An ideal flat for 2 to 4 people, in a quiet area, 5 km from the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei in an excellent position for reaching the most sought-after destinations in eastern Sardinia in a short time, 90 km from the Costa Smeralda airport in Olbia from the Isola Bianca port. The Fenu flats are located on the 1st floor of a detached house, have a shared external entrance and staircase, but then each flat has a private door. They are equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning, a washing machine, an electric oven and microwave, a kettle for hot drinks and a coffee pod machine.
You will find 2 cosy bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower, and a large kitchen with a sofa bed, are available to accommodate 2 to a maximum of 6 persons.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
