The apartment is just 200m from the beautiful beach of Baia Caddinas with its pristine white sands and clear sea. Close to the centre of the town of Golfo Aranci, the property offers guests all the amenities of this charming resort, from the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre, to supermarkets and great restaurants. The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island's current king. Olbia airport is just a 25-minute drive.

The apartment, which has a private entrance, is in a small, charming resort of traditional-style houses with tiled roofs and wooden beamed ceilings inside. It can sleep 4 people in comfort. The open-plan living/dining area has wide glass doors which lead out onto a shaded balcony with sea views. The balcony is an airy extension to the living room as it is furnished with a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco. Back inside, there is a sofa, flat-screen TV and brightly painted wooden pieces, including a dining table and chairs, a dresser and a new kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, a combined microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The master bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom is classically tiled with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.

The apartment is located in a charming resort near the beach of Baia Caddinas and close to the town of Golfo Aranci. Guests can enjoy the amenities of the resort and the town, as well as day trips to the island of Tavolara for hiking, swimming and dining at the famous Da Tonino restaurant.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
