This lovely house with a magnificent sea view, consists of two completely autonomous accommodations within the same structure.

The first, with a beautiful sea view from the veranda, consists of a large living area with sofas, armchairs, and a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, two other twin bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
The walls are embellished with numerous paintings made by important local artists.
In this accommodation, there is a TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

The second accommodation is a practical three-room apartment consisting of a living area with a kitchenette, double bedroom, triple bedroom, and bathroom.
In this accommodation, there are TV and a washing machine.

All around the property a large private courtyard/garden furnished with tables and chairs where there is a stone barbecue.

Cala Gonone is a prominent tourist village situated in the heart of the Gulf of Orosei, along the eastern coast of Sardinia in the Barbagia region. Nestled on the slopes of Monte Codula Manna, an extinct volcano, the village is surrounded by a stunning circle of limestone mountains rich with woodlands.

From Cala Gonone, you can take a boat to reach the famous Cala Luna beach, a precious gem requiring adequate protection, and the Bue Marino cave. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
