The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4G Wi-Fi, and a safe large enough for 15" laptops. Baby equipment, a crib, and a highchair are available upon request. Two comfortable sun loungers await you in the garden for relaxation. Reserved parking is just a few meters away.

The price includes rent, water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, reserved parking in the park, and air conditioning. The final cleaning fee includes weekly delivery of linens (for beds, bath, and kitchen) and a cleaning starter kit (tools and cleaning supplies).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
