The house is located just steps from the famous Campana Dunes beach and is situated in a private park with a few other houses.

Waking up to birdsong, enjoying a leisurely breakfast, and relaxing in the lounge chairs in the evening with the sound of the sea – what pure relaxation!

The house is furnished with handcrafted Sardinian furniture in warm and light colors of white and ecru, with turquoise details that evoke the transparency of the Chia sea.

In the living room, the light, handcrafted furniture is combined with original panels and decorations, chosen to create a sophisticated and inviting effect: the large basket overflowing with cushions and the curtains, ranging from light blue to turquoise to neutral tones, add a touch of color with contemporary graphics and drawings inspired by Sardinian tradition. The house is well-organized, allowing you to fully enjoy both the interior and, most importantly, the surrounding area:

Inside, you'll find two panoramic bedrooms with sea views (both with double beds that can be separated into two single beds), two bathrooms with showers, and a living room with an open-plan kitchen accessible from three different points.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and microwave.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
