The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two single sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a fireplace and five televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool and a garden and there are seven air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, four washbasins, six showers and three bidets.

The reference to traditional Sardinian craftsmanship is ever-present, even if interpreted in a contemporary way.

The house is divided into two levels by an external ramp to create two separate areas (e.g., a guest area). Both levels have direct access from the street, eliminating the need for internal stairs. Each level has its own direct entrance.

The western level, on the garden and pool level, consists of three double bedrooms (which can also be arranged as twin beds), two bathrooms, and a large eat-in kitchen with a large sofa that can accommodate two additional guests if needed.

The eastern level comprises a large living room with a basement area for aperitifs and snacks, a fireplace, and a large central daybed.

The house has its own parking space and a laundry room. It is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Baby equipment, a crib, and a highchair are available upon request.

On this level, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a playroom with two sofa beds, also with a bathroom and a large shower.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
