The house is located in West Sardinia , province of Oristano , in the municipality of Cuglieri , S'archittu location , in the heart of the Sinis Peninsula , 20 km from the most beautiful beaches in the province . The apartment is 10 meters from the sea , on the seafront of S'archittu . There is the ground floor , is independent , attacked on two sides in a series of terraced houses .
