Walk-through room with 2 beds. Exit to the patio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (5 gas rings). Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the countryside. Private: large garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Outdoor shower. 100 m long bumpy motor access. Parking at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 600 m, bus stop "sp 19 pizzeria su tostoini" 700 m, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach "San Pietro" 300 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
