The mezzanine level includes part of the living area with a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals during your stay, a dining area, and a large and comfortable living room, tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, each equipped with every comfort, where the charm of rustic details blends seamlessly with the elegance of contemporary design. Two bathrooms with showers complete the raised ground floor.

The lower level is entirely dedicated to sleeping, with a double bedroom and a four-bed room with a double bed and a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms with showers on this level, but without direct sunlight.

The villa, with a private entrance and reserved parking spaces, features a private swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, surrounded by comfortable loungers and parasols for moments of relaxation and enjoyment, an outdoor shower, and a functional built-in barbecue area, perfect for hosting barbecues and al fresco dinners. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
