Cozy attic studio of very recent construction located in one of the most charming locations in Sardinia. The apartment, completely renovated in May 2026, is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people, making it ideal for couples, with the option of adding a third bed.

The room, modern, well-kept and very bright, extends over approximately 40 m2 and is equipped with air conditioning, TV and washing machine, to ensure a practical and relaxing stay.

The location allows you to experience Castelsardo comfortably on foot: in just a few minutes you reach the characteristic historic center, the famous Castello dei Doria, the picturesque streets of the village and splendid panoramic points overlooking the sea.

There are beautiful beaches nearby, including Lu Bagnu, also ideal for families with children, as well as numerous pristine coves along the coast.

For those who love the sea and nature, the area offers many activities including scenic excursions, boat trips, snorkeling and visits to the evocative Elephant Rocks. The experience is completed by the opportunity to discover local tradition in traditional restaurants, where you can savor fresh fish and Sardinian specialties, and in artisan workshops renowned for their woven basket making.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
