The flat is part of our holiday house in a villa with garden, consisting of 4 flats all on the ground floor. We are in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, but not isolated, surrounded by greenery for relaxing holidays, with sea view. We are 5 minutes from the beach, with a large garden equipped for outdoor dining and sea view. area suitable for outdoor walks!
the garden is completely fenced and safe also for children and equipped with garden furniture, (with an area for outdoor dining, with wooden table and chairs for the exclusive use of each flat). For your barbecues we have barbecues in an equipped area (with wooden veranda and gazebo) on reservation (free of charge), where you will also find a small playground for children. Private parking space inside the building, in our own courtyard.
Three-room flat with independent entrance, located on the ground floor. Suitable for couples, families or groups. It is one of the larger flats. It consists of: kitchen, living room, bedroom with 1 double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle, veranda and laundry room (with washing machine and second shower), utility room Possibility of cot for a child (up to 4 years of age) and possibly a single bed for an adult (extra charge for 5th bed). We rent it with many conveniences such as satellite TV, iron and ironing board, clothesline, microwave, washing machine, toaster, etc. We have a water supply and the windows are all fitted with mosquito nets. A beach umbrella is also available free of charge for each flat. For maximum comfort and hygiene, the beds all have slatted frames and latex mattresses, pillowcases and hygienic mattress covers. We provide all household linen (bathroom, kitchen and bed linen) free of charge. Wifi internet connection (password protected) is available free of charge in the flats and in most of the garden (depending on signal).
