The holiday flat is located on the first floor of a residential building in Cagliari, in the Poetto district, which lies on the famous beach of the same name.

The flat includes a veranda with table and chairs and a balcony with sea view. Vehicles can be parked in the parking spaces on the street.

The flat has a spacious living/dining room, furnished with a comfortable cushioned seating area, including a sofa bed for one person, and a TV with DVBT reception. In the other part of the room there is a table, chairs and a sideboard. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190cm) and one with two single beds (90x190cm each). Both have a wardrobe with enough space for your personal belongings and air conditioning and heating. The kitchen, which also has a dining table, is equipped with a washing machine, gas cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer. Crockery and cooking utensils for preparing meals are also available. The bathroom is comfortable and features a bathtub with a shower attachment, a bidet, a toilet and a washbasin. The flat is also equipped with fans and a gas stove in the living room. Unfortunately there is no internet connection in the flat. Dishes, kitchen utensils, an ironing set and a hairdryer are provided. Bed linen and towels are provided on request. Water and gas consumption are included in the price. Also included is 42 kWh of electricity per week, additional consumption will be charged according to the price.

The beautiful Poetto beach, which is about 6 km long, is easily accessible on foot and offers numerous beach bars where you can rent parasols and sun loungers in the summer and, of course, have meals. The promenade also has a cycle path and is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. It is particularly lively on summer evenings. Within a radius of about 200 metres from the flat there is a pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants and shops, as well as a bus stop. Nightlife enthusiasts will also find something to their liking in the restaurants in the vicinity. Free public Wi-Fi is available on the beaches of Poetto and Marina Piccola. The city centre is about 6 km away. The airport can be easily reached by public transport (about 30 minutes).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
