Independent apartment, is located in a very quiet area but very close to all the services in the city: post office, hospital, tobacconist, food shops, bus stop, historic center so you could combine the possibility of tranquility with the convenience of having all the services at your disposal.
It is located on the ground floor and to access it you need to take seven steps once you arrive at the landing, entering on the left there is a wall cabinet for storing coats, on the right a closet and frontally a bathroom complete with tub, sink, bidet, toilet, wall units to store towels and clothes and also a washing machine. Inside the house there is a large kitchen-living room with a new kitchen, an oven, refrigerator, freezer; two tables available, television. Two bedrooms consisting of double bed, large wardrobe with doors, two bedside tables, for each bedroom there is a Daikin Siesta 9000 Btu air conditioner. All windows are fitted with sliding mosquito nets. Parking is free and present on the street in front of the house.
