Just 4 minutes away, Spiaggia di Bosa Marina offers a wide stretch of sand lined with cafés and beachside bars. For those arriving by air, Alghero Airport is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away.

Located on the first floor of a three-story building, the main living area features traditional wooden furnishings, including a dining table for six and a charming vintage-style dresser. A comfortable sofa sits beside French doors that open onto a private balcony. This inviting outdoor space serves as an extension of the apartment, complete with comfortable chairs, a bench, and a small table—perfect for enjoying a drink in the peaceful surroundings. Back indoors, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, including a hob, oven, coffee maker, and a fridge-freezer, sitting conveniently next to the dining area.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
