Located just 250 meters from the beach, this bright first-floor apartment accommodates 4 people and is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach holiday on the glamorous Costa Smeralda.

The apartment features a spacious, shaded balcony with views overlooking the Gulf of Arzachena, offering an ideal setting for indoor/outdoor living. Guests can relax on sun loungers or enjoy meals outdoors at the dining table.

Large French windows lead into the living room, which includes a sofa, comfortable armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Towards the rear of the room, there is a dining table and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a induction hob, oven, microwave, Coffee machine, and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features two single beds and a wardrobe.

If you can pull yourself away from the beach, the historic center of Cannigione awaits, featuring exclusive boutiques, and numerous excellent restaurants and cafés. Cannigione also hosts a night market where you can discover a wide variety of local crafts, fashions, and fresh produce.

A short drive up the coast is the port of Palau, just 17 minutes away. From here, you can catch a ferry to the stunning Maddalena Archipelago, known for its breathtaking snorkeling spots and pristine beaches. It's the perfect destination for a day trip.

You can shop in Arzachena on 1 kilometer from your holiday home. There is also a mall nearby, in 1 kilometer. Want even more activities? Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
