The apartment is a 5th-floor penthouse (with lift), just a 2-minute walk from Alghero’s historic centre and 10 minutes from the city beach. Its location is exceptionally convenient, with shops, restaurants, and amenities right on the doorstep. Alghero Airport can be reached in just 15 minutes.

The apartment stays cool and airy, with terracotta-tiled floors and large glass doors that open onto the terrace to welcome the refreshing sea breeze. The main living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, an open fireplace, and a dining table. Outside, the terrace features a second dining table, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. Alghero boasts a remarkable array of architecture, from the ancient city walls to its 16th-century cathedral. The city is dotted with elegant churches, museums, and palaces, making it an appealing destination throughout the year. A walk along the lively port is especially rewarding, particularly when paired with lunch or dinner at one of the many excellent local restaurants.

The area is also renowned for its beautiful beaches. Just north of the city, on the way to Porto Conte, you’ll find a variety of options: some well-equipped with cafés, sun loungers, and water sports facilities, while others remain more natural and peaceful. Spiaggia di Mugoni (25 minutes by car) is a favorite for families, thanks to its gently sloping sands and crystal-clear waters.

For those who prefer self-catering, the Mercato Civico Alghero (just a 10-minute walk from the old town walls) offers the freshest local produce. Additionally, there are two supermarkets conveniently located less than five minutes on foot.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
