It is a modern apartment designed for 2 people, making it the perfect vacation home for couples who want to discover Sardinia's vibrant culture and stunning beaches. The apartment is just a 20 minute walk from both the historic center of Alghero and the city's beach. For those who prefer to self-cater, the Mercato Civico Alghero, offering the freshest local produce, is only a 17-minute walk away, located within the ancient city walls. Alternatively, a supermarket is only a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Alghero airport is conveniently located 20 minutes away.

The entrance door opens directly into the open plan living and dining area, which is elegantly furnished with modern pieces including a sofa, flat screen TV and a dining table that seats four. The kitchen, conveniently located off the dining area, is newly fitted with sleek wooden cupboards and is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Sliding glass doors lead out onto a shaded balcony that acts as an extension of the living area, complete with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Beyond the city, Alghero's coastline offers an abundance of stunning beaches. Between the city and the Porto Conte area to the north, visitors will find a mix of lively, serviced beaches and more secluded, natural spots. Just 20 minutes away, Spiaggia di Mugoni is a family favorite, offering soft sand, calm waters and a peaceful setting ideal for swimming and playing.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Casa Mimì in Alghero you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
