This holiday home for 4 persons has two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is a balcony, an air conditioner and garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop (induction), a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven and a dishwasher.

Modern, centrally located apartment just a 10-minute walk from the sea and a 15-minute stroll from Alghero’s historic centre. The area is extremely convenient, with shops, restaurants, and attractions right on your doorstep. Alghero Airport is only 25 minutes away.

The generous entrance hall opens to the living area on the right and the bedrooms on the left. The sitting and dining space features an L-shaped sofa and a dining table for four. Glass doors lead out to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The modern kitchen, separated from the living area by a glass door, is fully equipped with a range cooker with gas hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The attractive master bedroom is furnished with a King-size double bed and a wardrobe. French windows open directly onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobes, a laptop-friendly desk and an armchair.

Bathroom
The shared bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

Alghero boasts a captivating mix of architecture, from the ancient city walls to its impressive 16th-century cathedral. The city is rich in beautiful churches, museums, and historic palaces, making it an appealing destination throughout the year. A leisurely stroll around the port area is particularly enjoyable, especially when paired with lunch or dinner at one of the many excellent local restaurants.

Alghero itself has several beaches, including Spiaggia di Las Tronas, just an 11-minute walk away. Further north, between the city and Porto Conte, lie numerous stunning beaches. Some offer full amenities such as cafés, sun loungers, and water sports, while others remain more natural and secluded. Spiaggia di Mugoni, a 30-minute drive from the city, is especially suitable for families, thanks to its gently sloping sand and clear waters.

For self-catering, the freshest local produce can be found at Mercato Civico Alghero, located by the old town walls just a 5-minute drive away. Alternatively, a supermarket is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
