The accommodation, like the rest of the structure, is built in Lecce stone, typical of Salento, and is characterised by a wooden mezzanine that divides the flat into two levels. The view of the star-shaped ceiling is wonderful. It has a comfortable en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking. It is also equipped with air conditioning, wifi connection, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hairdryer, TV, drying rack. All units have free access to the outdoor swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The entire facility has a covered parking space.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
