This villa is set on the western edge of the renowned coastal spa town of Santa Cesarea Terme. It enjoys an enviable location near the town’s thermal baths and intriguing sea caves. This is a good family space with a spacious open-plan living area – a sofa, dining table for 6 and a well-equipped kitchen. French windows open onto a shaded seating area, with a sofa and armchairs.
There are 3 double bedrooms and a tiled bathroom, appointed with a shower, basin, bidet, WC and washing machine.

House #2
This unit also has an open-plan living area with a sofa, dining table for 6 and a full kitchen. This room also has glass doors that lead out to a private veranda where guests can relax.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds which can be joined on request. The bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a small double bed. So the apartment can sleep 5 people in total.

House #3
This apartment does not have a kitchen but it does have a beautiful paved terrace with spectacular sea views. It is the ideal spot for sundowners or meals al fresco. There is a sitting room and 2 separate bedrooms. One of these has a double bed and the other a single bed. The bathroom is appointed with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The town is renowned for its natural thermal baths, which draw visitors from across Italy and beyond. Open from May through the end of November, they offer a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Every Thursday morning, the lively weekly market takes place, offering a great opportunity to pick up fresh local produce to enjoy at home. For dining out, the town boasts a variety of excellent restaurants and pizzerias, along with an impressive selection of artisanal ice cream shops.

A 40-minute drive away, the stunning city of Lecce—often called the “Florence of the South”—awaits discovery. Famous for its magnificent Baroque architecture and Roman ruins, Lecce is a cultural gem. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
