General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool, an air conditioner, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Casa Tina with swimming pool offers an exclusive view of the Apulian countryside. It can comfortably accommodate a family with children or two couples. It offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. You can cool off in the pool, relax on the deckchairs, read your favourite book on the veranda. You are inside a villa consisting of three independent houses with private and reserved outdoor spaces. The first sandy beaches are a seven-minute drive away, "the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve". A wide range of masserie for regional culinary experiences is easily accessible within a few minutes' drive near Ostuni and Carovigno.

It is on the ground floor and is composed as follows:
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, 1 bathroom with 1.80 m shower, 1 living/dining room with kitchen. Single foldaway bed on request to be added in the living room.

In the corridor, which separates the living and sleeping areas, you will have a built-in wardrobe at your disposal.

Air conditioning: 2 air conditioners cool the rooms: 1 air conditioner in the living room and 1 air conditioner in the hallway of the sleeping area. Two ceiling fans: 1 fan in the living area and 1 fan in the master bedroom.

Outside: veranda with dining table for exclusive use, parking space. Fruit trees: apricots, almonds, figs, olives, pears and apples, use them to enrich your breakfasts.

Entrance gate: private for exclusive use.

Location overview
San Vito dei Normanni is a village in Alto Salento, built around the Dentice di Frasso Castle, a treasure trove of history where the King of Italy, Victor Emmanuel III, stayed.

The castle can be visited, with the prince himself.

There are fabulous trattorias and masserias with excellent local specialities. The highway is 9 km away and in a few minutes you can reach the Valle D'Itria in the Murgia of the trulli.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
