You will be close to the beaches and to Ostuni, known as the 'White City'. It can comfortably accommodate a family with children or two couples. It offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. You can cool off in the swimming pool, relax on the sun loungers, read your favourite book on the veranda. You are inside a villa consisting of three independent houses with outdoor spaces for your exclusive use. The first sandy beaches are a seven-minute drive away, the "Torre Guaceto Natural Oasis". A wide range of masserias for regional culinary experiences is easily accessible.

It is on the ground floor and is composed as follows:
2 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with two single beds that can be joined, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living/dining room with sofa bed 140x2,00 m where two children can sleep.

Outside: veranda with dining table for exclusive use. Fruit trees: apricots, almonds, figs, olives, pears and apples, use them to enrich your breakfasts.

Location overview
San Vito dei Normanni is a village in Alto Salento, built around the Dentice di Frasso Castle, a treasure trove of history where the King of Italy, Victor Emmanuel III, stayed.

The castle can be visited, with the prince himself.

There are fabulous trattorias and masserias with excellent local specialities. The highway is 9 km away and in a few minutes you can reach the Valle D'Itria in the Murgia of the trulli.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
