It accommodates 4-5 guests with two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned living area. Outside, you can enjoy your private veranda overlooking the pool, complete with a dining table, lounge area, barbecue, and outdoor shower – with both sunny and shaded spots for relaxation. The pool, garden, parking, and driveway are shared with two other houses; nearby you'll find sports facilities, a supermarket, and excellent trattorias.

Payment terms and -periods
