This contemporary apartment for six is quietly situated on the first floor of a two-story building and is the ideal base for exploring southern Puglia and the Salento coastline. The property is located in the charming seaside town of Lido Marini, just a three-minute walk from the local beach. Ugento is 12 kilometers away. Several restaurants and grocery stores are within a 2- and 3-minute walk, respectively, of the accommodation.

The renowned Torre San Giovanni Beach is approximately 15 minutes away. Spiaggia di Torre Vado, which features a small marina offering boat rentals, is also a 15-minute drive from the property.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
