The nearest sandy beach is just a 3-minute drive north of Mancaversa. Torre Suda also has a newly constructed boardwalk that is great for strolling and jogging. There is also a newly built playground with panoramic sea views where families can enjoy snacks from the bar and let children play.

This house has 2 bathrooms, fully equipped, and 3 bedrooms. In two bedrooms you have a double bed and in the third room, you have a double bed and 2 single beds.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
