The apartment is located in Torre Lapillo, a popular destination known for its soft, sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Porto Cesareo lies just 5.6 km away. The beach's gentle slope makes it perfect for children and its 4 km stretch makes it one of the most beautiful in the region. Torre Lapillo itself offers everything holidaymakers could wish for, including a wide selection of restaurants and pizzerias that cater to all tastes and budgets. The nearest airport is in Brindisi, around a 55-minute drive away.

Guests can unwind at the apartment on the charming front veranda, which is furnished with a sofa and armchairs—an ideal spot to watch the world go by. A private courtyard in the back provides a delightful outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals al fresco.

Inside, there is an open-plan seating/dining area. This is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee maker.

The nearby resort of Porto Cesareo (9 minutes away) offers stunning beaches and a vibrant nightlife. Its weekly market, held on Thursdays, is the perfect spot to discover the region’s finest produce, from olive oil to a wide selection of cheeses. For everyday needs, several supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive from the apartment.

Heading further along the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a major summer hotspot. The name Gallipoli, meaning “beautiful city” in Greek, is well deserved. The town’s ancient walls overlook the harbour and bustling fishing port, where an early morning visit to the daily fish market rewards you with the freshest catch of the day.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
