This cozy first floor apartment is located in Villaggio Boncore, a coastal area near Nardò (20 km away), in the province of Lecce, Apulia, Italy. It is ideally located just a 20-minute walk from the beautiful Torre Lapillo beach, famous for its 1.3 km of soft sand and crystal clear water. For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Brindisi, approximately 55 minutes' drive away.

The apartment has a bright, open plan kitchen/diner. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs, and a new, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. A glass door leads from the dining area to a shaded balcony which serves as an alfresco dining area, allowing guests to enjoy their meals outside. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Bedroom 2: This second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a single bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: The bright third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. Bathrooms The apartment has 3 modern en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

The village is located a short distance from the beautiful Torre Lapillo beach, known for its 1.3 km long stretch of fine sand and crystal clear waters. Outside of the sea area, it has everything holidaymakers may need during their stay. There are supermarkets, smaller food shops and a wide range of restaurants and pizzerias to suit all ages and budgets.

The neighbouring resort of Porto Cesareo also has beautiful beaches and a vibrant nightlife. The town's weekly market (Thursdays) is the best place to find the best local produce, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses.

Further along the Ionian coast is the historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes), a very popular tourist destination in the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The old city walls rise above the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where, if you go early, you can buy the freshly caught fish of the day.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
