This modern villa, which can accommodate up to six guests, is the perfect getaway for families or friends seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure along the stunning Ionian coast. The expansive Torre Lapillo beach stretches for 4km and begins just a short stroll from the villa. The nearest airport, Brindisi, is approximately an hour's drive away. Conveniently, several supermarkets and grocery stores are located in the town centre, just a 5 minute drive from the property.

The house is on a quiet side street and has plenty of outside space, including a garden and a shaded terrace with a dining set up for meals al fresco. The front door opens directly into the airy living space. This is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table. The attractive kitchen is partly separated from the dining area by a half wall. It is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, a coffee maker and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: This airy bedroom has 3 single beds.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

The separate bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC
Extra: There is an outside shower with a large sink, very useful after a day on the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
