The front door opens into the open plan living and dining area, which is flooded with natural light, enhanced by a second set of French windows leading out to a private balcony at the rear of the apartment. This space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, dining table for six and a well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. An elegant staircase leads from the living room to the bedrooms on the first floor. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
