Just a short 10-minute walk brings you to the heart of the town, including the 16th-century Church of Saint Mary and Saint Roch. Within a 2–10 minute stroll, guests can also find a variety of wine bars, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket. Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive away, providing convenient access for travelers.

This spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three-story building and features large picture windows throughout. The bright and airy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a digital Smart flat-screen TV. There is also a separate kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with a dining table, a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer

Bedroom 1: The spacious, air-conditioned master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an armchair and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. This room also benefits from air conditioning

Within a short 2–10 minute walk from the accommodation, guests will find a variety of wine bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. For fresh local produce and a taste of regional culture, the weekly street market at Piazza G. Garibaldi, just 2 minutes away, is a must-visit.

For excursions, the UNESCO World Heritage town of Alberobello is only a 15-minute drive. Its charming streets, lined with over 1,500 whitewashed Trulli, create a magical, fairy-tale atmosphere. Beach lovers can enjoy the crystal-clear waters and pristine beaches of the Adriatic, with popular destinations such as Monopoli and Polignano a Mare reachable within 30–40 minutes by car.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
