The front of the villa is dominated by a spacious veranda which looks out over the garden. It is the ideal spot to relax or enjoy meals al fresco at the dining table. Double glass doors take you into the living room which is furnished with 2 sofas, an armchair and a smaller dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is off the living room. It is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, blender and coffee machine. There is also a kitchen table for casual dining.

The pool area is well-appointed with several sun loungers and umbrellas, so guests can relax after a refreshing swim. The rest of the garden has been created with the same amount of care. There is a lily pond, with several olive trees and palm trees on the lawn.

Bedroom 1: The light-filled master bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofas and armchair in the living room convert to 1 single and 2 double beds

The spacious bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
