The apartment is situated in Eurovillage, in the province of Lecce, approximately 10 km from Porto Cesareo and just an 8-minute drive from Torre Lapillo. Nestled near Torre Lapillo, it is surrounded by some of Salento’s most beautiful beaches, featuring soft white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Inside, the open-plan living room has a seating area, a dining table, a kitchen and opens onto a shaded terrace with outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, cooker hob, fridge, and a dining area.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
