The villa with pool is located in Torre Vado, a charming seaside resort in southern Puglia, renowned for its picturesque harbour, crystal clear waters and relaxed atmosphere. The Villa is a charming 86 square metre residence that offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The villa has three elegantly designed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, providing a relaxing and private stay. The interior comprises a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom also with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. An additional full bathroom is available for convenience.

The ground floor villa is well equipped with a fully functional kitchen, a spacious patio and a cosy gazebo with garden furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Other amenities include a barbecue, alarm system, shower, hairdryer, bidet, washing machine, freezer, oven, fridge, mosquito nets and heating. The villa's independent location ensures complete privacy.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
