The spacious living room offers additional sleeping arrangements with three single sofa beds, making it an ideal space for larger families or groups of friends.

The interiors are thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need during your stay: air circulation is supported by dehumidifiers and mosquito nets, while multiple sets of linens and hangers ensure comfort and practicality. Entertainment and relaxation are provided with a television, and for families with young children, a crib/cot is also available.

The kitchen comes fully fitted with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, and all necessary cooking facilities, while a washing machine adds extra convenience for longer stays. A hair dryer is also provided.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
