The annexe is on the ground floor with 3 interconnecting double rooms, each with its own entrance and private bathroom. The characteristic feature of the rooms, which are very spacious (about 40 square metres), are the star vaults and the coloured grit floors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, and furnished with stylish furniture, sofas, writing desk, wardrobes and chests of drawers. Each room has its own mini bar and water kettle. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The blue room and the green room have a double bed, while the larger yellow room in addition to the double bed also has a double sofa. The 100 sq m SUITE is equipped with a double bed, dining area, bathroom, TV, air conditioning and a kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, glasses, crockery and everything else you need. Guests will also be provided with home-made jams made from the fruits of the orchard.
The outdoor outbuilding is equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast, while lunch or dinner is best enjoyed in the inner garden. The property is surrounded by greenery and has an enclosed courtyard orange grove where you can have lunch or dinner fully equipped. Orchards and paths of medicinal plants characterise the property. The inner garden is equipped with deckchairs, armchairs, barbecue, oven. The property is fully fenced with ample private parking.
A car-free cycle path leads from the rear of the villa. The location allows easy access to the Adriatic and Ionian coasts.
