The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

In a lovely setting on a hillside, this Villa is placed amongst olive groves and fruit plants. Encircled by the most incredible views (above all from the patio and the swimming pool) of Adriatic coast, Villa Cristo Re has almost everything: privacy, comfort, space inside and out, panoramic pool, sun, shade and the list goes on and on. A great base as well from which to explore the heart of Apulia with the beaches of Capitolo and Polignano a Mare, the Caves of Castellana Grotte, the Trulli of Alberobello and the beautiful towns of Bari and Ostuni. All these situations are less than half hour driving.. The house is tastefully furnished, texture and fittings are of excellent standard and the overall effect is most agreeable. Air conditioning is everywhere. Outside a wonderful garden with a 15 x 5 swimming pool, a fabulous veranda, a panoramic pergola for “dining al fresco” during the summer and a lemon house with several citrus trees. All this is illuminated and fenced in. Completely refurbished this property is ideal for an extended family or group of friends who want to enjoy each other’w company in perfect privacy. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
