The villa is situated in Melissano, a charming village in southern Salento, just a short drive from the Ionian coast. Within 5 to 10 minutes by car, you can reach the city of Gallipoli and its beautiful beaches. Melissano also boasts a lovely historic center, home to a variety of traditional restaurants. The closest airport is Brindisi Airport (Aeroporto del Salento), approximately 85 kilometers away, or about an hour and 20 minutes by car.

This spacious 140 square meter vacation home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The interior features four well-appointed bedrooms, including two with double beds and two with single beds. There are three bathrooms, two with modern fixtures and one with a toilet.

The villa is located on the ground floor and offers a number of amenities to enhance your stay. Guests can enjoy heating, a TV and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring convenience for longer stays. The living areas are bright and airy, complemented by a cozy patio area with garden furniture. For added comfort, the house has a bathtub, shower, hairdryer and bidet. A barbecue area provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining and there is also a designated dog bed or space for pets.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
