Villa with enclosed garden planted with numerous fruit trees This is a cosy and comfortable ground floor dwelling, suitable for families with babies and children. It is also suitable for two families or two couples or a group of friends. The house was recently renovated (2016). The house is recommended for people who love tranquillity. When you wake up in the morning, what better way to start the day than having breakfast on the terrace in front watching the birds circling in the sky. Guests are also free to use the 2,500 square metres of enclosed garden filled with fruit trees, herbs, flowers and a play area ideal for letting the children let off steam.

One bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. The second has an adjoining bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, washbasin and a hairdryer. The small kitchen. is equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, all pots, cutlery, crockery and utensils for cooking yourself. The accommodation also includes a TV, washing machine and iron/ironing board.

This quiet, charming and independent property is located in the countryside of the beautiful Salento and is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful coastline from Gallipoli to Santa Maria di Leuca to Otranto. Lecce, the Baroque city, is easily reached within a 40-minute drive. A visit to this beautiful and enchanting city is highly recommended, with its magnificent historical centre including the cathedral, cathedral, Roman amphitheatre, churches and many old narrow streets with numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, craft workshops and theatres. For an alternative day out or an evening out, Gallipoli is a 15-minute drive away with its bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and seaside boulevards. The towns of Matino and Parabita are only a 3-minute drive away. In these two towns, you can find supermarkets, shops and restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours to taste the Mediterranean cuisine.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
