This marvellous flat is located on the ground floor of a building inside the "Blue Sea" Residence, in the centre of San Pietro in Bevagna and about 150 metres from the wonderful Salento beaches, which can be easily reached on foot given the proximity of the location. The property consists of a large and bright open-plan living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a twin room with two bunk beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large terrace and a patio where you can relax in the open air. A free car park reserved exclusively for our guests completes the offer. The flat was completely renovated in 2023, the furniture and all the appliances inside are new, designer and carefully selected to make the most of the space available. There is a Wi-Fi connection and a 32-inch Smart TV in each property.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
