Our barrier-free, luxurious, lovingly restored "Trullo", the typical local cottage, is equipped for both summer and winter use (air conditioning and heating). It has a bedroom (an additional (children's) bed can be set up here), an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.

The adjoining living area offers a spacious dining area and a comfortable corner with a sofa bed (160x200), the holiday home is equipped with all everyday comforts.

You can relax and sunbathe in the neighbouring olive grove, the small pool (season June - October) promises wonderful cooling. There is also an outdoor shower, terrace and barbecue area. There are no additional costs for gas, water, WLAN, etc.well water on site, no drinking water.

Beautiful, quiet, enclosed and secure complex with its own car park and carport. Hot water inside and outside, air conditioning with heating, bed linen and towels on request, TV SAT reception DE/AT/CH, W-LAN available.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
