The Villa sits on more than 1,5 acres of a private fenced land immersed in the quiet and silent countryside near Manduria while only few minutes away from the Apulian crystal-clear sea and to the city center of Manduria, the capital of Primitivo wine.

The Villa, recently renovated over a rural preexistent house, is a single-floor easily accessible building, flooded with light weaving through the airy outdoor patio. The property renovation ended in May 2019 and has been made tastefully and to a very high and modern standard.

The Villa has a very spacious living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary kitchen appliances, three bedrooms (with large double beds) and two large bathrooms (one with a washing machine). All rooms are air-conditioned. A shaded large yard is connected to the dining room overlooking a cozy garden with orange and lemon trees.

The Villa accommodates up to 6 persons. Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided while you stay.
The outdoor space is very pleasant with a spacious patio equipped with sofas, chairs and tables and overlooking the private swimming pool that sets in outstanding condition with a shaded yard and pool beds. A large garden with fruit and olive trees and a barbecue facility complete the property exterior area.
Outdoor chill-out areas are everywhere in the property. You can enjoy your al fresco breakfasts and diners in the large patio, in the shaded yard, around the pool in the garden.

Free wine-tasting could be easily arranged with one of the best Primitivo wine winery.
The nearest beaches are a 8-minute drive away, while Manduria city center and its shopping and restaurant area is just 4-minute.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
