Detailed information
This is a splendid apartment inside a restored Villa Masseria. The property is surrounded by a large garden with woods and olive groves with some areas reserved for the exclusive use of guests. Within the property there is also a tennis court and a swimming pool (without lifeguard) which can be used but not exclusively. The apartment is on the ground floor, south side of the masseria. It is equipped with every comfort, furnished with furniture and pieces of local craftsmanship and international design and is finished to the smallest detail. Internal composition: open space kitchen/living room of about 100 square metres, very bright due to the presence of large windows overlooking the garden. From the living room there is access to a bathroom/shower and through a door to the small hallway, which leads to the two bedrooms (one double and one twin/double with an additional single bed). The double bedroom has its own bathroom with bath and is air-conditioned. The entrance from the living room has a large pergola of bougainvillea and American vine, furnished with garden furniture. Another access is from the kitchen which overlooks a magnificent garden where there is an olive grove with lawn furnished with garden furniture (table, lounge, hammocks and Weber barbecue). Parking space for 1-2 cars. The rate includes the consumption of electricity up to 8 kw per day water, bed linen and towels and the use of washing machine once a week. The heating includes the use of wood to supply the four fireplaces in the villa and a sack per day will be provided for the hazelnut boiler included in the price (value of 20 km sack of hazelnut 8.50).There are cats inside the property.
