Casina GiuSaFra is spread over a single level of 90 square metres net, enriched by a wonderful independent terraced garden of about 450 square metres. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing in the open air, and is largely pergola-covered in the areas adjoining the cottage, allowing you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the breathtaking panorama that can be admired thanks to its location about 500 metres above sea level.
The house has a large living room with dining area and sofa and an independent kitchen, both with direct access to the beautiful terrace. In the sleeping area there are two cosy double bedrooms and, to complete the house, a windowed bathroom with shower and bidet.
The property, set in a very prestigious landscape, is located in a quiet area, surrounded by woods, well-preserved trulli and excellent villas. The property adjoins two other houses and is reached via a private road, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
