This 300 m² villa with a swimming pool is set in the peaceful countryside near Aradeo, just 5 km from the town centre—an easy 8-minute drive—and 12.5 km from Galatone. Aradeo itself is a traditional town in the province of Lecce, located in the heart of Salento in southern Puglia.Thanks to its central position between the two coastlines, the area offers an excellent base for exploring the many attractions of Salento. Guests can easily reach the beautiful beaches along the Ionian coast, including Gallipoli, Santa Maria al Bagno, and Porto Cesareo, while also enjoying day trips to the scenic Adriatic destinations of Otranto and Santa Cesarea Terme. The villa's location combines rural tranquillity with convenient access to both cultural sites and coastal escapes.

The property features five well-appointed double bedrooms, two of which have an additional single bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom to ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
