General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a terrace, a swimming pool (heated), a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Villa Sirgole Rosa is a beautiful holiday home, 100 square metre villa, two-storey, with a large terrace. In 2017 we extensively renovated and extended the antique house, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It has two bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, blender and a Nespresso coffee machine. The flat on the ground floor can accommodate four visitors. It has a lovely garden seating area overlooking the large swimming pool and a pergola under palm, apricot and lemon trees. In the tower upstairs there is a bedroom for one or two visitors, a small bathroom and a large terrace with a view and plenty of space: it is another world of heaven and earth, sea and sun, nature and well-being.

In September 2020, a beautiful swimming pool was completed, where you can refresh yourself wonderfully. The swimming pool is at the disposal of an additional house, but is used very little by this house, i.e. you have the pool exclusively for yourself over 90% of the time.

You enjoy an enchanting view of the green countryside and are surrounded by a beautiful garden with large palm trees, orange, lemon, apricot, pomegranate, banana, fig and olive trees. Far away from the hustle and bustle, there is plenty of space, pure air, nature, in short an indescribable pleasure, and since 2021 there is also the possibility to rent a 30 m2 luxurious pool house right next to it, which can accommodate two more visitors. This means we can receive a total of seven to a maximum of eight visitors. The pool house faces the magnificent swimming pool.

The distance from the house to Lecce is 28 km, to the beautiful sea 20 km, to Cutrofiano 2 km, Galatina 7 km, to Gallipoli 24 km, to Otranto 30 km, to Brindisi 75 km, to Bari 180 km. The holiday home is located in a beautiful and green area, where scattered houses, villas and agriculture alternate. You can also book a massage or a yoga course on request.

A car is needed to discover all the beauties of Salento, the numerous bays and beautiful sandy beaches. Cheap hire cars are available directly from Brindisi airport or in the towns of Lecce and Galatina. The region is easily accessible with numerous direct flights to Brindisi, overnight trains to Lecce, or via very well-developed motorways and roads.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
