It includes a double bed and a divan that can be converted into a single bed. A small fridge and a table with chairs are provided for enjoying a coffee. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, bidet, and WC.The apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa that converts into a single bed. Additionally, there is a convenient fridge. The private bathroom includes a shower, basin, bidet, and WC.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
