Villa Meris, in Castro Marina, is a small, independent villa surrounded by a beautiful 1200 sqm terraced garden with direct access to the sea.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

LAYOUT: The house is divided into two levels. The upper floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people, features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The lower floor, which can accommodate 2 additional people, includes a third bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The lower floor is not rented separately, so it remains closed if the number of guests does not exceed 4.

AMENITIES: All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners (hot/cold) and mosquito screens on the windows. The living room has a TV connected to a satellite antenna (free-to-air channels only). The kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The small kitchen on the lower floor features two stovetops, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a freezer. Both bathrooms are equipped with a large shower cabin. The bathroom on the upper floor also includes a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the outdoor areas.

Guests are provided with bedroom linens (sheets and pillowcases), towels, and kitchen linens (tablecloths and dish towels).
The villa has been recently renovated. Access to the sea is via rocks, where various paths lead to small coves. About 1 km from the villa is the Acquaviva inlet, which features a small beach with a gentler access to the water.

Outside, there is an additional sink, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The villa has a private, open parking area with 3 spaces and a sliding gate securing access to the property.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
