Villa with exclusive use of swimming pool in Casarano in the heart of Salento This is an exclusive villa set in 18,000 square metres of land, much of it olive grove in which there is a splendid swimming pool where guests can enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation.

The extension, which is completely fenced off, includes a pine forest area with car parking, an orchard, a reserve of trees and plants of the most varied species contribute to offering guests a healthy and restful stay immersed in the green. The chlorine-free saltwater swimming pool (5 x 12 m) is for the exclusive use of guests. It is equipped with comfortable deckchairs for sinking into the most absolute and healthy relaxation. It opens in June and closes in October. An area of the garden is equipped for a barbecue with a stone oven. For excursions and walks in the nearby countryside you can use the two bicycles supplied with the villa. There is a large parking area for cars at the edge of the pine forest.

The house is on the ground floor and covers an area of about 140 square metres and is characterised by Mediterranean furnishings, where white dominates and offers its guests a feeling of complete relaxation and above all privacy. Large living room entrance with fireplace, dining table that can seat up to 16 people, relaxation area with stereo system for listening to music, digital terrestrial TV, bookcase with reading texts and a collection of comics for the little ones. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven and other kitchen utensils, cutlery and pans. The master bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom. There is also a bedroom with two beds (can be made into a double bed on request) and a bedroom with two bunk beds. The second bathroom is shared between the latter two rooms. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Only on request (separate cost to be requested on site) is it possible to book the cook for the preparation of tasty and delicate dishes of Salento/Mediterranean cuisine.

A short walk from the property is the centre of the town of Casarano with all the necessary amenities for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa is immersed in the beautiful countryside between Casarano and Melissano just 10 km from the Marina of Torre S.Giovanni (reachable in 10 min. by car) and all its renowned beaches. A few kilometres to the west you will find the beaches of the Ionian Sea; to the east are all the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches of the Adriatic. The city of Gallipoli (15 km) and Lecce (40 km), the pearl of Salento baroque, form an integral part of any holiday in Salento.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
