The very cosy and bright bedrooms are divided as follows:
- on the ground floor there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room;
- on the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with a king-size bed and a wardrobe and 1 bedroom with two single beds, again with an attached wardrobe; there are also several custom-made compartments to store all your personal belongings.

Villetta Annamaria has 2 bathrooms. A comfortable service bathroom on the ground floor and a beautiful bathroom on the first floor, with shower, complete sanitary fittings, Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, plus a hairdryer and illuminated mirror.

In addition to towels of various sizes you will find sheets, blankets and everything you need to make your stay perfect, already included in the flat rate.

At your disposal you will find a comfortable 4-burner gas cooker, a fridge/freezer, a large oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery.
The living room is equipped with a 4K Ultra HD TV.

You will have two outdoor areas at your disposal: an off-street area used for private parking with a sliding gate and an area with a table and chairs to enjoy your stay in total privacy and intimacy, far from the noise of the city.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
