This second-floor apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Bari, the vibrant capital of Puglia. While Bari is known for its bustling port, the city also offers a rich and fascinating history. From the apartment, you can easily walk to two of Bari’s most captivating areas, including Bari Vecchia (the old town) in around 20 minutes. Bari Centrale railway station is just a 16-minute walk away, and Bari Airport can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.

The apartment provides an ideal base for exploring Puglia. Alberobello, a UNESCO-listed town known for its fairytale-like Trulli, is just an hour’s drive away. Polignano a Mare, around 35 minutes away, is perfect for swimming or snorkeling, and Monopoli, only 40 minutes from the apartment, charms with its winding whitewashed streets and picturesque harbour.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Eva Apartment Bari in Bari you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
